As compensation for your time, we will provide you with a $100 prepaid gift card for each home visit you participate in. You will receive the gift card after the at-home appointment is completed.

Is my information kept private?
Your safety and privacy are our primary concerns. All private health information (PHI) provided to Sanguine is kept confidential and coded, so no one can identify you or connect you with your medical information. No samples we share with researchers contain any information that can directly identify you. We implement policies and procedures to protect your PHI in compliance with the law. Do I need to have health insurance?
No. You do not need to have health insurance in order to qualify for the study. However, to participate in most studies, you will need to provide proof of your diagnosis. Even if you are not currently seeing a physician, you can still sign an authorization for Medical Record Release from your former physician that can serve as proof of diagnosis.
